Create Your Own Magic

As I was readying my magical space for my Sound Bath’s, which I call “La Casita”, my favorite quote that I tell everyone came to mind “Create Your Own Magic”.

I built this in my back yard-- yes Me, I built it with blood sweat and tears. Took me 2 years but worth every back ache. It was built out of old ass reclaimed windows and it was a jigsaw puzzle of astronomical complexity to put together, but so worth it. I have left over windows because things had to match up mathematically in order to fit. So now, with the left of a windows I am creating other projects.

I will show the house in its entirety and another post.

Meanwhile remember don’t wait around for others for you to live a magical life. Create that special place in your house, go out to that special event, dress up just because, put on that special perfume to make yoursel feel good, don't wait for the special occasion.

Life has a way of throwing us into seasons of uncertainty, where the path ahead feels foggy and the ground beneath us seems unsteady. In these moments, it’s easy to feel overwhelmed, lost, or even powerless. But what if I told you that even in the midst of chaos, you have the ability to create your own magic?

Magic isn’t about waving a wand and instantly fixing everything. It’s about tapping into your inner strength, creativity, and resilience to transform the ordinary into something extraordinary. Here’s how you can create your own magic when the world feels like it’s spinning out of control:

### 1. **Embrace the Unknown as a Blank Canvas**

Chaos often feels uncomfortable because it disrupts our sense of control. But what if you saw it as an opportunity instead of a threat? The unknown is like a blank canvas—full of potential. Use this time to dream, explore, and experiment. What new possibilities could emerge if you allowed yourself to play with the uncertainty?

### 2. **Find Beauty in the Small Moments**

Magic doesn’t always come in grand gestures. Sometimes, it’s found in the quiet, everyday moments. A cup of tea in the morning, the sound of rain on your window, or a heartfelt conversation with a loved one—these small joys can ground you and remind you of the beauty that still exists, even in chaos.

### 3. **Create Rituals That Ground You**

Rituals are a powerful way to bring a sense of stability and intention to your life. Whether it’s lighting a candle, listening to meditative music

I created a playlist on #SoundCloud for your listening pleasure. It is a list of twenty minutes song meditations:

Setting aside time for creativity, these small acts can help you feel centered and connected to something greater than yourself.

### 4. **Connect with Others**

Magic grows when shared. Reach out to friends, family, or your community. You’ll often find that you’re not alone.

While I wait for 10 Substack subscribers you may find me here for a Live Sound Bath Experience.

Sunday, March 9, 8pm.  App is free, so is the Sound Bath Journey.

### 5. **Turn Challenges into Opportunities for Growth**

Chaos often forces us to adapt and grow in ways we never imagined. Instead of resisting the challenges, ask yourself: What can I learn from this? How can I use this experience to become stronger, wiser, or more compassionate? Every obstacle is an opportunity to uncover a new part of yourself.

### 6. **Believe in Your Own Power**

Finally, remember that you are the magician. You have the power to shape your reality, even when it feels like the world is working against you. Trust in your ability to navigate the chaos and create something meaningful.

Chaos and confusion don’t have to define your story. They can be the raw materials from which you craft your own magic. So, light your inner spark, embrace the journey, and watch as you transform the ordinary into something extraordinary.

✨ The magic is within you. All you have to do is believe. ✨

LOVE & LIGHT
